The ECFF 2012 Conference will bring together the most recent researcher’s works on biology and ecology of freshwater fish, as well as their ecosystem functioning and threats.
This conference will certainly provide unique moments of hard science, but also allow for more relaxed discussion by the riverside while experiencing the richness of Portuguese gastronomy.
Furthermore, local meeting on Minho river basin, VI Iberian Symposium on Minho River basin , will run integrated on ECFF and attendees will be most welcome to both events.
We invited you to submit an abstract to ECFF 2012, taking in to account the following subjects that will be covered in the conference.
- Ecosystem functioning
- Threats to systems and/or species
- Conservation
- Genetics
- Diadromous fish
- Aquatic habitat restoration and mitigation measures
