Registration and Fees

 

The registration fee entitles the registered participant to the following:

• Access to whole scientific program
• Abstract book
• Coffee-break
• Welcome reception
• A certificate of attendance

Non-students	250,00 €
Students: Undergraduate and MSc*	100,00 €
Accompanying Persons	100,00 €

 

* Not applicable to PhD students

All undergraduate and MSc students must prove their student status

Refund policy
Until 4th March – 75%
5th March or later – no refund

Registration Payment

Payment is available by Bank Transfer.

In case of bank transfer by your organization please make sure that your name is forwarded together with the money. If your organization uses a block transfer for several participants it is necessary to include all relevant names.

You should fill the amount to be paid with the value stated in your registration confirmation page. If you did not register yet, please do register before proceed with payment
