Social Programme

The social programme of the ECFF 2012 International Conference is open to both participants and their accompanying persons. It will include a Welcome Reception on Monday 28th May, a Conference Dinner on Thursday 31st May and two different activities to choose.

The Welcome Reception on Monday 29th is free.
On Thursday 31st May, a choice of two activities is offered. Each participant could express the preference in which of the two activities would like to attend until 30th April.

ECO – Minho River Rafting
Morning: Rafting in the River Minho (Melgaço region)
Lunch at Melgaço village
Afternoon: Visit to the Melgaço historic centre and to the Solar of Alvarinho wine (including wine tasting)

 

 

 

 

Minho Valley trip
Morning: Visit to the Melgaço historic centre and to one Alvarinho wine farm (including wine tasting).
Lunch at Monção village
Afternoon: Visit to the Brejoeira Palace (Monção) and to the the Celtic Roman ruin of Citania de Santa Trega (Galicia – Spain).
