The Animal Facility of Aquatic Organisms (Boga) of CIIMAR, will be hold the 2rd edition of the training course "Laboratory Animal in Science of - Aquatic Organisms (CAL-AQUA)", between 20th to 24th of May 2013.
The CIIMAR will host the course "Introduction to the univariate statistic through R language" between February 25 and March 1, 2013.

The doctoral program in Animal Science was designed to achieve levels of excellence, under the guidance of researchers associated to research institutions, including several associated laboratories with national and international recognition. This program aims to create a productive atmosphere, an excellent work environment and encouraging students from diverse areas such as Veterinary Medicine, Engineering, Agronomy Engineering, Zootecnhical Engineering, Biology, chemistry and others, to obtain a high-quality international scientific training.

The CIIMAR and the IPATIMUP (Institute of Molecular Pathology and Immunology of University of Porto), in a joint initiative with COST-FAProteomics action, are organizing a summer course under the topic "Gel based protein separation by two-dimensional gel electrophoresis and protein characterization by MALDI-TOF/TOF mass spectrometry", from 18 to 21 June 2012, in the city of Porto.
