SaferSea, an Interreg Atlantic project, is currently looking for innovative solutions. Know the challenges:
1. Decarbonising port activity and mitigating gas emissions to combat climate change and improve air quality
2. Automatic spill detection system
3. Spill removal system
4. Sea vision AI
5. Bluecycle Nexus - turning maritime waste into opportunity
6. QUIETSA - quantifying underwater impacts and ecological trends in soundscapes of the Atlantic.
Selected solutions will work in collaboration with the entities that proposed the challenges, to develop a pilot project.
