The event brings together science, economy, art, and gastronomy to showcase regional marine forests, highlighting their ecological and cultural value. Through a multidisciplinary dialogue and a culinary experience, it seeks to foster a broader understanding of and connection to these habitats, bringing scientific knowledge closer to citizens in an experiential and participatory way. All of this takes place within a framework of cross-border collaboration.
