Principles of High-throughput Proteomics Research Course

The next edition of the course ‘Principles of High-throughput Proteomics Research Course‘, organized by CIIMAR, will take place from 16th to 19th June at E2S | P. PORTO and CEMUP/FCUP.

The course aims to introduce the main methodologies employed in proteomics research, including sample preparation and fractionation methods. The course also provides participants practical training in data analysis and interpretation of complex proteomic data obtained from shotgun studies.

 
  • Capacity: maximum of 20 participants, with a minimum of 10 required to run the course
  • Target audience: University students, researchers, other professionals
  • Duration: 28 hours

 

The registration fee is 250€.

 

A total of 3 ECTS can be requested.
