An evening where flowers symbolize strength, love and renewal, surrounded by elegance, colour, music and emotions that will remain in your memory.

Dress code: Be inspired by the free and colorful energy of flower power, reinvented with a touch of sophistication. Flowers, vibrant patterns and references to the 60s/70s. A look where the hippie spirit is transformed into sophistication.

The menu:
Starter – Sweet potato cream soup with cinnamon
Fish dish – Sea bass fillet with tomato and basil risotto
Meat dish – Milk-fed veal steak with asparagus migas and sausages
Vegetarian dishes/Vegan – Crispy spinach with tomato and basil risotto and tofu steak with herb sauce and asparagus migas
Dessert – Lemon tart with meringue foam
Birthday cake – Carrot cake with chocolate filling
