Details
The award aims to recognise and support research work making use of biodiversity data published through GBIF.
Open to graduate researchers whose work demonstrates the innovative use of biodiversity data and contributes to scientific knowledge and its societal impact. The 2026 programme will provide €5,000 prizes recognizing the work of two graduate students—preferably, one Master’s and one PhD candidate.
