Crash Course on MZmine

A Crash Course on MZmine is being organized for the CIIMAR community, focusing on mass spectrometry (MS) data processing. This session is not only a learning opportunity but also a space to share experiences, discuss challenges, and clarify doubts about MZmine and LC-MS/MS data analysis.

 
🔹 Duration: 3-hour session

🔹 What will be covered?
✅ Introduction to MZmine
✅ MS Data Import
✅ Peak Detection, Alignment & Feature Filtering
✅ Feature-Based Molecular Networking (FBMN) Integration
🔹 Host: Mariana Reis (BBEH)

🔹 Who is it for? Researchers and students working with LC-MS/MS data. No prior experience is required.
💻 Bring your laptop with our dataset to follow along.
 
📅 When? May 5th, 10:00–13:00, at CIIMAR (3rd floor auditorium).
