The Center for Environmental Monitoring and Interpretation (CMIA) invites you to visit our latest exhibition: “A Look at the World of Sponges.”
This exhibition is the result of the World Sponge Conference that Vila do Conde had the honor of hosting last month, organized by CIIMAR.
We have compiled a collection of high-quality photographs that allow us to appreciate the beauty, diversity, and ecological importance of sea sponges. These organisms, despite their apparent simplicity, play crucial roles in marine ecosystems.
