CIIMAR is part of the Science and Technology Week, organized by Ciência Viva.
CIIMAR joins the Science and Technology Week 2025, an initiative by Ciência Viva, which will take place from November 24 to 30.
The event aims to showcase scientists, their research areas, and their contributions to the advancement of knowledge and the well-being of society.
Throughout the week, CIIMAR will organize a series of activities open to the public, including exhibitions, guided tours, and hands-on activities.

November 24:

9h30 and 11h: Workshop “Magic of Science” (organized by CMIA de Matosinhos)
11h: Lecture “How to find new medicines in the sea? The example of cyanobacteria/microalgae for metabolic diseases” (organized by CMIA de Matosinhos)

November 25:
