DESCRIPTION:

The specific objectives of this training are:

1. Learn about MENAC and its main functions;
2. Understand the purpose of the RGPS;
3. Learn about the components of the Regulatory Compliance Program and the mandatory measures.

Contents:

1. Decree-Law No. 109-E/2021: MENAC and the RGPC;
2. The rationale behind the RGPC;
3. Mandatory measures under the RGPC:
   • Administrative transparency;
   • Prevention of conflicts of interest;
   • Concurrent roles;
   • The internal control system;
   • Promotion of competition un public procurement;
4. The compliance program:
   • The Code of Ethics and Conduct: the ethics and public integrity process;
   • The Risk Management Plan: the process and practical cases;
   • The whistleblowing channel;
   • The Training and Communication Program: specialized, appropriate and proportionate;
   • The Compliance Officer.
