Course description

Bioinformatics approaches to bioprospection and phylogenetic analyses for natural product discovery.
Computational protein structure prediction.
Mastering tools such as antiSMASH, BiG-SCAPE, MicrobeMASST (GNPS), NapDos2, and others integral to discovery pipelines.

This short course exemplifies the ERA Chair’s commitment to equipping CIIMAR researchers with advanced knowledge and practical skills in underdeveloped fields, aligning with the broader vision of fostering excellence in biotechnological research.
