Alizée De Groodt holds degrees in Oceanography (University of Plymouth) and in Oceanography and Meteorology (University of Aveiro). At CIIMAR, she studied wave–atmosphere interactions in the Antarctic (MAPS project) and later worked on microplastic transport in estuaries using Lagrangian models (BlueWWater). She values interdisciplinary research to better understand ocean–atmosphere dynamics and environmental challenges.
