I’m a pharmacist graduated by the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS) – Brazil. I’m in the second year of the master’s degree in Consumer Sciences and Nutrition at Faculty of Sciences of the University of Porto (FCUP) and Faculty of Nutrition and food sciences of the University of Porto (FCNAUP). I am developing my master’s thesis under the supervision of professor Luísa Valente and aims to evaluate the impact of different cooking methods on the lipids of turbot fish (Scophthalmus maximus).
