Diana Pádua is an Invited Assistant Professor in the Department of Microscopy at ICBAS-UP. She completed her PhD in Biomedical Sciences at ICBAS-UP (IPATIMUP/i3S) in 2024, and was awarded an International Award for Best PhD Thesis in Cancer. She holds a BSc in Biology and an MSc in Biochemistry, both from the University of Porto. She also holds a FELASA Category C certificate. Throughout her career, she has published several scientific articles, including several as first author, and has two provisional patent applications. She has also participated in several research projects.
