Kathleen Abt graduated from the University of Hamburg, Germany with a BSc (2013) and MSc (2016) in Molecular Life Sciences. She joined the CNP group in 2018 and is currently working on her PhD thesis on the structure and biosynthesis of polyhalogenated fatty acid compounds from cyanobacteria.
