Martina Ilarri holds a PhD from the Doctoral Program in Marine and Environmental Sciences (University of Porto). She conducts studies focused on aquatic ecology. Her main research interests focus on studying the changes associated with the introduction of invasive species at different ecological levels. Additionally, she is focused on understanding the changes in the functioning of aquatic communities related to the impacts of climate change and extreme weather events. She is also currently dedicating herself to enhancing her knowledge in data management practice.
