The Open Science Tools Series – Seminar 2 | Data Management Planning in Practice: From Theory to Implementation with ARGOS.
This seminar focuses on Data Management Plans (DMPs) within the context of Open Science and will introduce key concepts, policies, and practical tools, with a particular emphasis on the ARGOS platform.
Following the seminar, an on-site hands-on demonstration at CCMAR will take place in the afternoon, providing practical guidance on using ARGOS to create and develop Data Management Plans. This session will include practical use cases presented by Bruno Louro and Andrzej Tkacz (CCMAR), followed by a live demonstration and an open support session to help participants start developing their own DMPs using ARGOS.
The seminar will be delivered in hybrid format, in room 1.39 at CCMAR, and online via Zoom (Online Session Link).
Participants wishing to receive an attendance certificate should send an email to ccmarseminars@ualg.pt no later than one week after the seminar (by 11 February 2026).
