It will take place at CIIMAR, with an expected duration of 1 hour, and will be conducted in Portuguese, unless there are registrations from non-Portuguese-speaking participants.

About the speaker, Isabel Guimarães

Clinical and Health Psychologist. Full member of the Portuguese Psychologists Association. Holds a Master’s degree in Clinical and Health Psychology (University of Porto), with advanced specialization in Psychological Coaching (CRIAP Institute). Experience in clinical settings with the academic community in higher education (students and staff), as well as with adults in general, across different stages of life. Experience in the field of work and organizational psychology, both in individual and group interventions, in university and corporate contexts.
