The event “Mind Tide – Perfectionism: Strenght or Prison” is aimed at CIIMAR members.

It will take place at Boca da Baleia, at CIIMAR, with an expected duration of 1 hour and will be conducted in Portuguese, unless here are registrations from non–Portuguese speaking participants.

About the speaker, Isabel Guimarães

Clinical and Health Psychologist. Effective member of the Portuguese Psychologists’ Association. Master’s degree in Clinical and Health Psychology (University of Porto), with advanced specialization in Psychological Coaching (CRIAP Institute). Experience in a clinical context with the academic community in higher education (students and staff), as well as with adults in general, at different stages of life. Experience in the field of work psychology, both in individual and group support, in university and corporate contexts.
