Isabel has a degree in Geology (educational branch) and a master’s degree in Geology for Teaching, both concluded in the Faculty of Sciences of Porto University (FCUP). She is a teacher of Biology and Geology in middle and secondary school. Currently She is a Ph.D. student of the Doctor´s in Teaching and Science Dissemination (Expertise in Teaching) in the FCUP. Within the scope of professional activity, she participated in different events and interacted with some collaborators, in co-authorship of scientific works. Her main research interests are science education, geosciences teaching, producing and developing educational games, geological heritage, and sustainable nutrition.
