Rodrigo Rodrigues Domingues

I’m a molecular ecologist interested in diversity, ecology and evolution of fishes. My research is based on molecular approach such as population genetics, seascape genetics, phylogeography, omics science (transcriptome and genomics), and also in the development of wildlife forensic tools for law enforcement and trade monitoring purposes. My current research focuses on understanding the influence of oceanographic features on the genetic diversity and population structure mainly of pelagic sharks and billfishes.
